Chris Thile - Heart In A Cage [mp3]

I took a listen to the that Strokes cover album last night.  While I realize it’s far too early to draw any conclusions, the compilation didn’t blow me away (the exception, perhaps, being the Owen Pallet track).

Either way, while listening to the album I was reminded that of Chris Thile did a rework of a Strokes song 5 years ago.  So good!  A rare occasion where the cover exceeds the original.
