Yay! I remixed something! How 2005 of me!
Actually, despite the totally pretentious title of my mix, I really like how this turned out… a classic hip hop track with very 2008 sounding beats* (thanks, segments of Mirando by Ratatat).
* It’s important to note that when I say “2008 sounding beats” I don’t mean “I turned on every filter in Ableton” like most bedroom laptop DJ’s do.
