Vancouver’s booming housing market about to burst (circa Oct 2006)

My new favorite hobby for the next five minutes: unearthing old posts written by vancouver bloggers claiming that they are 100% certain that the local real estate market is about to crash. Hard.

Funny how none of these folks ever mention thier degrees in economics or finance which given them this analytical clarity.  Oh what’s that? They’re bitter baristas at Starbucks? Righto.
