Before you decide to unfollow me, I’d like to assure you that this blog isn’t becoming some sort of half-assed food blog. Heck, I’ve got a new mixtape ready to go, and a new DJ set almost finished. Hang tight.
With all that said, I was up at the break of 7am today blowtorching meat. Nick and I are attempting to do a variation of this slow cooked 24 hour steak, but instead it’s been tweaked to take only 12 hours/not burn my apartment down.
Either way, I’m kinda pumped… and now that the steak is in the oven at 225 degrees, I’m going back to bed.
