I went back to the Dirty Apron Cooking School for the Meat Eaters class and my goodness it was fantastic… I’m still full 18 hours later! We did a lamb dish, then a pork dish, then an 8oz steak… and then a dessert for a bonus. A week’s worth of protein in 4 hours. Not too shabby.
Again, the staff and space were fantastic. 10/10.
And again I throw out a request to any generous sugar mamas and/or daddies to send me back to the school for another class (I’m thinking the French class next time, kthanks). Any takers?
