Dirty Apron Cooking School: a hastily written review
It’s really good there.
I took the knife class last night. You get to work in a really amazing facility, with really amazing gear… which is both awesome and frustrating. You see, it turns out the electric stove in my apartment doesn’t compare to the $5,000 restaurant-grade Wolf gas stove I got to play with at the school. Ha!
Oh and the staff are great, they seem genuinely happy to be there. Oh, and they serve wine… lots and lots of wine. Joyful times, and such!
I’d go back in a second for more classes. Any sugar daddy’s and/or sugar mama’s wanna fund my education?
