FWIW, the Dark and Stormy is my official cocktail of summer 2009. To be clear, I’m not talking about some sort of sloppy rum and ginger ale type cocktail. I’m talking about properly mixed ginger beer and black rum. Conceptually, the refreshment of Pimms and the satisfaction of a Caesar… but, you know, without actually tasting like Pimms + Caesar. That would be gross.
