This is the recipe for the chicken served at Fuel's "Fried Chicken Friday"

Not surprizingly, it’s a bit complex and totally awesome looking.  Maybe it’s best left to the professionals.  Plus at $20 for the meal including a beer it even makes economic sense to leave it to the pros.

I guess what I’m trying to say is someone should take me out for lunch this Friday.  Come on, get on it!
