You know how there are cold beer stores*?
I’d like to open a very cold beer store. Nothing fancy, a modest selection of brands. But, my commitment to you is that the beer you buy from me will be ICE COLD. I will store my beers at +1 degrees Celsius. No fucking around. Every beer you purchase from me will be refreshing and satisfying. As a value-add with every sale, I will provide a pamphlet with tips on how to ensure your beer stays ICE COLD once it leaves my store.
I guess what I’m trying to say is I’m a bit let down with the cold beers I just picked up (and paid a premium for being “cold”).
* I fully acknowledge that people not living in BC don’t need such distinction between a beer store and a cold beer store. They just have chilled beers at reasonable prices. We’re totally ass backwards on this.
