True story: years ago, a friend of mine (Scotty) completely bluffed his way into a bartending job at a very high end steak house.  One of the first drinks on his first shift he was asked to make was a caeser.  He made it with rye and Clamato.  Needless to say, that was a short-lived career.  But now, based on the Corner Suite Bistro’s menu, it turns out he was an INNOVATOR… a genius before his time.

Related: have you seen some of the suggested drink recipies at clamato.com?  They’re really “crossing the streams” in a bad way.  No one needs Clamato, beer, gin together in a cup.  Let’s not even discuss the combo of Clamato and spiced rum.
