Also, during May the hotel’s Essence restaurant is featuring a menu that includes caesar bolognese, caesar corn dogs with a spicy lime sauce, pan-seared caesar koftas with Tabasco aioli and, for breakfast, caesar benedict featuring Clamato-poached eggs. (via blownspeakers)
