Creating a of Twitter “following policy”, publishing a “communication plan” to your readers, and then “soliciting feedback” is 30 shades of stupid.

Twitter and every other nonsensical social app are designed to revolve around your world.  Not the other way around.  If you don’t take an irreverent approach to using these apps then you’re doing it wrong… or you’re a 14 year old girl.

But seriously, please stop trying to make a career out of reading the tea leaves (140 characters at a time).  Social Media Experts, you’re the worst.
