Here it is, the picture of me which sits on the proverbial Venn diagram intersection of awesome and stupid.
Hi Internet, I’ve been offline for the last week and it’s been wonderful. I was on a bit of a trek across BC doing the following:
- driving endlessly
- meeting up and hanging out with great friends, in fields, hot tubs, and patios
- roughing it! with mosquitos! camp fires! and huddling for warmth!
- mountain biking
- white water rafting (yeah, I’m surprized at that one too)
- public speaking
- public drinking
- playing with kids… and not being freaked out about it
- attending a wonderful and intimate wedding
- quietly dealing with loss (unrelated to any of the above)
Anyways, I’m home now. Summer 2010 has been nuts and/or well lived by me.
