“Gimme Sympathy” - Metric and the Calgary Choir of Love
Emily decided to bring in a bunch of fans who were out in the cold freezing their asses off, to sing with the band as they did a session for X929.

3. Metric have changed a lot since the days of “Old World Underground, Where Are You Now” and I suppose I’ve changed a lot too. I’m not wild about the new album… but I accidentally fell in love with the studio version of this song. The rational why is a long story and I’ve already written one overly analytic post about a single this week. So I’ll spare you for now.
