This reminds me of that story about a guy suing Tommy Wiseau because he wants credit for directing The Room.
Also, according to the article Econoline Crush are suing for “actual damages”. Are they trying to argue that a significant number of people purchased the Nickleback song instead of the Econoline one written 6 years earlier? Ummm… no/lol.

I’ve come to a realization I know very little about the origins and history of Vancouver prior to the 80’s, so I’m attempting to start to read up on it.
