With all of the snow and cold and stuff, I’m putting thought into making a huge vat of chili and living off of it this weekend (I am a class act, I know).  This recipe grabbed my attention, not because of the Moose (which I’d sub out for beef, because give me a break already), but because other ingredients include: beer, tequila, and chocolate.
