If ever there was proof that the last ten years were a cultural wasteland devoid of any artistic merit, the plain and ugly truth that Nickelback was the highest ranking band of the decade pretty much says it all.
I suppose the silver lining here is that despite over thirty million units worldwide, I still don’t know a single person who actually owns a Nickelback album. (via coketalk)

Being the grown up that I am, I’ve now paid my past due hosting bill for vanmega.com. This means that all the mp3’s and DJ sets and stuff are back online for pilfering and what not.
Taking time to turn the site back on made me pause and think about how long I’ve had vanmega.com up and running.
As of November 8th, I’ve been blogging on vanmega.com for 9 years.

Not totally sure what to think of this thread. Most of the responses are completely inspiring, a few are totally depressing.
Either way the common thread of advice seems to be to get plenty of exercise.
